Growing up, Chad was always active playing sports, but struggled with being overweight and poor eating habits. When Chad was in his early 20's and over 100 lbs. above a healthy weight for his height, he decided to make a change. Joining a gym and tracking his calorie input versus output, Chad fell in love with the process of getting healthy, strong, and finally feeling good about his body. Chad loved the process so much that he decided to shift his career focus from Computer Networking and Security to Personal Training and Wellness Coaching. Now in his early 30's, Chad is a Master Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He currently works full-time in Downtown Austin, Texas at Castle Hill Fitness as a Master Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Being a huge dog lover, he also works at Austin Dogtown as the Overnight Manager.
